New month, new business venture!

Welcome to my very first post on my brand new site!

I am extremely excited to introduce my new venture - "GRACEFUL IMPRESSIONS" - which I hope will not only open doors for me both socially and from a business sense, but also I sincerely hope to be able to inspire others to delve into the world of stamping and scrapbooking.

Graceful Impressions really began probably 2 years ago when I first received a Stampin' Up!® catalogue and then subsequently purchased my first stamp set. In the past, I had always referred to myself as a 'nervous stamper', but after breaking free of my own constraints, I have really taken the bull by the horns.

Fast forward to February this year, and I finally decided to take the plunge and become an independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator. There were a number of reason why the time was right for me now:-
1. although I enjoyed working full time, the reality is, we haven't finished our family and returning to the workforce is not something that is available to me at this point;
2. I love doing scrapbooking, and increasingly, card making. I find it relaxing, keeps me stimuated and I get a bit of time for ME;
3. I truly believe that there are other people in my own town and surrounds that would really benefit from having a Stampin' Up! demonstrator come to them and help them get started. So many people comment on my scrapbook pages and tell me they wish they could do something like that. They can!!!

So here I am!

The Stampin' Up! year starts on April 1st, with the release of the BRAND NEW CATALOGUE & IDEAS BOOK. This is a fantastic resource. It is not just a catalogue, but is jam packed full of colours, projects, samples, tips and techniques that will be referred to over and over again. If you would like to get your hands on a copy, simply email me and I can arrange to get one to you. RRP $12.95 (plus p/h), or if you are local and would like to pick one up in person, you can have it for $10.
